DISCLAIMER - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY We declare that: We are all aged 18 years or older on Saturday 20th September 2008; We are medically fit to compete in a marathon (26.2 miles) running event; We participate in this event entirely at our own risk; We will take instruction from Police and/or stewards on the route related to stopping at junctions, traffic lights etc and accept that the route will be a mixture of trail, path, pavement, grass verge and uneven tarmac; We will complete this course in 5 hours and 15 minutes (maximum) and acknowledge that at certain points on route (based on our estimated finish time) we may be asked to retire from the DRAM 2008 event and/or support may have been removed; We assume that no liability what-so-ever will be placed upon the event organiser "Eventfull Management Limited" or sponsors or supporters for any injuries sustained, or for any loss or damage to personal property, during the event or from any designated changing areas; We will recieve NO refund if we do not take part in this event; We will recieve NO refund if this event has to be cancelled or postponed due to circumstances outwith the organisers control.
