HALF DRAM Dundee Running Adventure Marathon

I declare that: I am aged 18 years or older on Sunday 29th July 2012; I am medically fit to compete in a half marathon (13.1 miles) running event; I participate in this event entirely at my own risk; I will take instruction from Police and/or stewards on the route related to stopping at junctions; I accept that the route will be a mixture of trail, road and path; I will complete this course in 3 hours (maximum); I assume that no liability what-so-ever will be placed upon the event organiser "Eventfull Management Limited" or sponsors or supporters for any injuries sustained, or for any loss or damage to personal property, during the event or from any designated changing areas; I will recieve NO refund if I do not take part in this event; I will recieve NO refund if this event has to be cancelled or postponed due to circumstances outwith the organisers control. In the event of you requesting a withdrawal from the race, there will be a £3.50 admin charge. No refunds will be given with less than 10 weeks to the event itself.
