All races start at 11.00 am, and are scheduled as follows:

Race 1 - 06-02-11 - 4km run/20km bike/4km run
Race 2 - 27-02-11 - 4km run/20km bike/4km run
Race 3 - 20-03-11 - 4km run/30km bike/4km run
