This is the 4th running of the Summer Sprint Duathlon Series.

The events take place on Wednesday 6th June, Wednesday 20th June and Wednesday 4th July - each event starts at 6.45pm and comprises a 1 lap 5km run followed by a 1 lap 20km cycle.

All competitors will receive a series gym sack, gels and bottle of water.

There are also male/female winners and category prizes - dependent on at least 5 series entrants for that category.
