The keyword is used as the trigger for registering for a text alert service. This word is sent as the text message. Keywords can be up to 12 characters and are usually associated with the subject of the event.	The heading of the message can be any keyword (up to 12 characters), which often matches the keyword which is being used for the text alert service. However the heading can be different.
